Happy memories should never fade!

The “Souvenir” range was the result of a meeting with the French-Canadian photographer Julia Rambaud. We were both keen to combine our respective passions of wine and photography. This gave birth to the “Souvenir” range, a perfect fusion of art, photography and wine.
Crafted with elegant simplicity, “Souvenir” is a Pinot Noir that everyone will enjoy drinking on any occasion.

This Pinot Noir comes from a plot of vines in the Haute Vallée de l’Aude sitting at a high altitude at the foot of the Pyrenees.
The vines benefit from a perfect amount of sunshine combined with cool nights which leads to a concentrated, fresh and elegant Pinot Noir.

Madeleine

For lovers of rosé and Provence!
One of the best-known Provençal AOCs, the Côtes de Provence is reputed for its rich, elegant wines.

The wine’s name is a reference to “Marie-Madeleine”, the Saint Patron of Provence, who has been a female icon, admired for her tenacity, fidelity and love, for centuries.

We carefully select the juices based on rigorous specifications and guided by our principles of quality and purity. But there’s a bonus! – this authentic wine will remind you of the first time you tasted rosé. Its bouquet and palate will bring all those happy memories and emotions flooding back!

Paquet Montagnac

The Paquet Montagnac brand specialises in bringing out the full potential of our star grape varieties and is a nod to our Burgundy heritage. It represents all those subtle qualities inherent in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, our region’s iconic grapes.

This range reflects our personality and has been conceived and developed by our team, from the selection of the grapes to the creation of the packaging. The latter features a colourful, minimalist design for a range that focuses on what’s important! Three colours represent each wine:

• A vibrant yellow for a pure, well-honed Chardonnay
• A bright red for a luscious, delicate Pinot Noir.
• A sky blue for a Rosé de Provence that allies sunshine and freshness.

Victoire

Victoire (Victory) is an allegorical goddess. She is the daughter of Strength and Valour, much like this range, in which we find a blend of modernity and history.

Bold, free-spirited and a lover of life and all the pleasures it offers, Victoire is the perfect emissary for these wines. An ancient symbol of luck and success, no palate will be able to resist “Victoire”.

Marcel Rimbault

Marcel Rimbault wines represent a region, a terroir, a history and a shared love of wine. Over the years, we have built up a relationship of trust and mutual respect with our partner winegrowers. Together, we share the same values and same winemaking vision.

Derived from vines worked respectfully by man and careful vinification work in the cellar, each bottle of Marcel Rimbault wine tells its own story.

Jean des Valanges

Jean Barbier was born in “Les Valanges”, a “lieu-dit” in the commune of Davayé in the Mâconnais region, in 1932. He and his wife Andrée worked 6 hectares of vines in the Mâcon, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé AOCs.

Having been forced to give up his activity in the 1980s and handing two young people a great opportunity, he entrusted the entire domaine to the Paquet family, who has since preserved and built on this heritage in line with the knowledge and values of Jean, a lover of his land.

Today, the wines are still vinified on the historic domaine in “Les Valanges” in Davayé. This is where it all began and is also the place where the future is taking shape.

François Lecomte

L’enclos du Château de Senozan

Château de Senozan has been a treasure trove of memories and history for centuries.

The Comte de Senozan acquired the Château from the Chevalier Pierre de Morillon in 1710 and had the building remodelled.

At that time, the Château boasted an avenue lined with 430 lime trees leading down to the Saône river and another avenue of 310 mulberry trees leading to the village of Saint Martin Belle Roche. Despite the wars that partly destroyed the Château, some of the building survives today, notably the amazing ancient vaulted cellar.

This property represents tradition, savoir-faire and a unique heritage that we wish to protect and perpetuate.

All the “L’Enclos du Château de Senozan” wines therefore come from small, carefully selected plots of vines, worked with the greatest care, respecting the principles and rhythms of nature and the soil. Let’s never forget that man, through his thoughts and decisions, is capable of producing unique creations with the help of nature!

«Les Gardes» wines are the result of hard work and represent a region, a terroir, encounters and a common passion for wine.

Resulting from vines worked respectfully by man, and from a family
vinification. Les Gardes wines are representative of a history specific to each of the appellations of the range.

As a result of a meticulous selection of grapes and a family work, we wish to propose wines which resemble you and which will know how to sublimate all your moments of life.

Our wines are in the image of the motto on the back of the Wine Merchants’ Guard token: «For the table of kings and the altar of gods.»
